The trek commences at Trisuli Bazzar two hours by road north of Kathmandu .This is not a difficult six days, it is likely to appeal to less ardent trekkers and families with younger children. The journey takes you through some ancient settlements and a variety of ethnic groups and cultures which provides the opportunity to experience Nepali farming life at close hand. There are also some great views of the Nepal Himal here, Ganesh Himal in particular stands out prominently.
 
Day to day itinerary
 
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu & transfer hotel.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Betrawati.
Day 04: Trek to Betrawati / Satdobato.
Day 05: Trek to Satdobato / Bhalche.
Day 06:Trek to Bhalche / Ghanga.
Day 07: Ghanga / Rupchet.
Day 08: Rupchet / Singla Phedi.
Day 09: Singla Phedi / Borlang Village.
Day 10: Borlang Village / Jharlang Village.
Day 11: Jharlang Village / Tipling Village.
Day 12: Tipling Village / Jyamrung Durbar.
Day 13: Rest day in Jyamrung Durbar.
Day 14: Jyamrung Durbar / Dhading Bensi.
Day 15: Dhading Bensi to Kathmandu by Bus ( 5 hrs ).
Day 16: Warm departure.
